Terms of service

What you are subscribing to

RenewRook compares subscription and product-access CSV records using the access policy you select. It flags disagreements and cases requiring review and lets you export the findings. The founding plan is $9 USD per month, plus any taxes clearly shown at checkout. It renews monthly until you cancel.

Each CSV can contain up to 10,000 data records and must be smaller than 2 MB. A maximum of six paid audits may be started per minute. The service is for your own apps or client systems you are authorized to work on. Your sign-in and subscription are for your use and may not be shared or resold.

Billing, cancellation and paid access

Stripe or PayPal processes payment, as shown at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before paid access starts. You can cancel through Your account → Manage billing or cancel for card payments, or Stop PayPal renewal for PayPal payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain access until the end of the paid term shown in your account, after which new audits are unavailable unless you renew. Exported reports already in your possession are not removed.

Our standard policy is no voluntary refunds and no credits for unused portions of a paid term. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other remedy that applicable law requires. If billing management is unavailable, email support with the account email and your cancellation request.

A failed renewal does not extend the paid term. You can still open your account and manage billing after audit access ends. Any proposed price change will be disclosed before the renewal it affects, with an opportunity to cancel.

Beta scope and your review

This is an evolving beta with a defined working audit workflow. Subscription status is not proof that an invoice was collected. Findings depend on the accuracy, completeness and timing of your exports and your chosen policy. Missing records, multiple subscriptions and manual exceptions can require human review.

RenewRook does not connect to your customers’ Stripe accounts, test real checkout or login journeys, calculate lost revenue, run automatic monitoring or change customer billing or access. Do not rely on a finding as the sole reason to remove a customer’s access. Review the evidence and your actual business rules before acting.

Roadmap ideas are not included promises. We may improve the service during the beta. If we discontinue new sales, we will continue fulfilling existing paid terms or provide any remedy required by law.

Your responsibilities and content

You must be at least 18 and have authority to process the records you submit. Use stable customer identifiers and omit unnecessary names, emails, payment-card details, credentials and sensitive information. You retain ownership of your records and reports and allow us to process them only to provide the requested service.

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another account, bypass subscription checks, interfere with other users or submit malicious material. We may restrict misuse and investigate security issues. Any action affecting a paid term remains subject to applicable law.

Service limitations

We aim to keep the core workflow available and correct, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Report problems so we can investigate and improve the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy notice

Account and billing information

RenewRook uses email and password accounts managed by Google Firebase Authentication. Firebase stores your account credentials and sends verification and password-reset emails. RenewRook uses your verified email and account identifier to connect you to your chosen payment provider; our application database does not store your password. Our account database stores your account identifier, payment-provider customer, payment and subscription identifiers, billing status, paid-through date, cancellation state and timestamps, including the subscription terms version accepted at checkout. It also records a short request counter to enforce the audit rate limit.

Stripe or PayPal receives billing and payment information through its hosted checkout and billing controls. RenewRook sends a billing reference to connect a confirmed payment to your app account. It does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy, and PayPal under its privacy statement.

Audit records and reports

In a paid audit, your two CSV exports and selected policy are sent over an encrypted connection to the application server for comparison. The application processes their contents temporarily and does not save CSV contents or findings in its database. We do not intentionally log their contents.

Imports, findings, review notes and review markers remain in your current browser session until it closes or refreshes. Export anything you want to keep. Downloaded reports are under your control. The free example uses fictional records and is calculated in your browser.

How and why information is used

We use account information to provide paid access, process subscriptions, handle support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. OpenAI’s Sites platform and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure. Google Firebase provides authentication; Stripe and PayPal provide billing. Our providers may process network, device and security information needed to operate these services. Support email is handled through our business email service.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party marketing. We do not add advertising trackers to RenewRook or use your audit records to train models. Essential sign-in and billing technologies may use cookies or similar storage. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in.

Retention, choices and international processing

Account and billing references are retained while needed to provide the service, address disputes and meet legal obligations. Provider billing records may have separate legal retention requirements. Audit contents are not stored by the application. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable protections.

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information or ask about applicable privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. The service is intended for adults; contact us if a minor has supplied personal information.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our practices change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. This RenewRook-specific notice describes this web app. The separate Inner Path Sanctuary privacy policy describes the coaching website and other products.

Support

Email kayne@innerpathsanctuary.com with the app name, your account email and a description of the issue. For audit problems, send a redacted example only if needed. Do not send passwords, API keys, card numbers or a full customer export.
